Patrick Brown is the Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates® – Rochester, Michigan. Patrick has enjoyed over 25 years of human resources experience with increased levels of accountability and responsibility in the Life Sciences, Automotive Manufacturing and Defense environments for various prestigious Fortune 200 firms.   Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates®, he served as Vice President of Human Resources – Consumables, for Thermo Fisher Scientific, a $10 billion global leader in serving science within pharmaceutical and biotech companies, hospitals and clinical diagnostic labs, universities, research institutions and government agencies.   Patrick’s career included elevated levels of responsibility serving as Vice President, Human Resource for Fisher Scientific Products, and GT Technologies, a division of GenTek Inc., in addition to leadership positions in human resources and operations at Bundy Corporation, Thomas & Betts, General Dynamics and Chrysler Corporation. His experience spans the disciplines of executive recruiting, organization development, labor relations, compensation management, health and safety, training and benefits.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Oakland University and a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University. He has extensive international business experience and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).

Kristen’s career has included increased levels of responsibility within the Human Resources field for such prestigious firms as Noma Company, a division of GenTek Inc., Michigan Consolidated Gas Company, Bundy Corporation and Thomas & Betts Components and Electronics.

She has over thirteen years of Executive Search experience where her strong recruiting skills have enabled her to work with large public and small private companies supporting their C-suite, sales, engineering, legal, human resources and sales

Tanya has over eight years within the health care environment working as a Senior Research Assistant with Detroit Mercy’s Vision Lab before working for Henry Ford Health Systems in various roles of increasing responsibility. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and is currently finishing her Masters in Social Work.

She is a highly motivated individual who has developed a strong customer service approach and brings that focus to her position with SRA.

Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates® – Rochester, Alison worked for State Farm as their Insurance Specialist. In this role, she generated new business by contacting potential customers in selling different types of policies for home, business and auto. Alison identified sales opportunities and oversaw a portfolio of clients for the business. She has an Associate of Arts Degree from Macomb Community College and is very active in volunteering within the community including supporting the Capuchin Soap Kitchen.

Cindy Boyd is an Executive Search Consultant with Sanford Rose Associates® – Rochester. Cindy brings over 30 years combined experience in Human Resources, Finance and Office Management within Automotive, Manufacturing and Private Equity environments.

Throughout her professional career, she has developed a keen understanding of client needs and will be able to apply this experience to ensure the proper match between client and candidate. Cindy has extensive experience in Human Resources, Benefits Design, Development and Administration, and Office Administration. She was instrumental in assisting in the growth of LDM Technologies, Inc. from a new company start-up with acquisitions, to annual sales reaching over $600 million with 3500 employees and 16 plants in nineteen years.

Prior to that, Cindy worked for Industrial Machining Corporation and Fire Trucks, Inc. She has held positions of Director of Benefits, Controller, Human Resources Manager and Office Manager. Cindy holds an Associate of Business Administration and an Associate of Applied Science Degrees from Macomb College. She holds certifications in Accounting, Tax Specialist and CEBS.
