Certified Welder
The Certified Welder is responsible for welding and fabricating high-precision metal components used in military and defense applications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or FCAW welding on precision metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
- Fabricate and assemble parts to customer specifications.
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet production schedules while producing high-quality work.
- Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current welding certification required.
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or FCAW welding.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience in precision manufacturing or defense/aerospace environments preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
