SHIPPING & LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR

About the Position:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage both administrative functions and support shipping operations. This dual-role position requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficient office and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Logistics:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing documentation (labels, packing slips, bills of lading) and coordinating with carriers.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing, scanning, and data entry.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative experience (shipping/logistics experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, or other shipping systems is a plus
  • Willingness to learn new systems
