Distribution Analyst - 2nd Shift

Job Description: Distribution Analyst

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily trailer dispatch and shipping activities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Customer based systems; Ford CMMS/SuperG; Chrysler WebChamps/PC Portal/SMART; GM CLIPS
Pull customer releases to build BOL’s and invoices
GPIRS and other prototype shipment generation
FCSD/GM/Chrysler service lead
Delivery ratings expert and lead; in charge of reviewing and submitting all disputes within a timely manner
Responsible for entering in New Model containers within CMMS
Daily promises in customer based systems
Container management and reconciliation with shipments

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
