SHIPPING & LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR
About the Position:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage both administrative functions and support shipping operations. This dual-role position requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficient office and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Logistics:
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing documentation (labels, packing slips, bills of lading) and coordinating with carriers.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing, scanning, and data entry.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience (shipping/logistics experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, or other shipping systems is a plus
- Willingness to learn new systems
