We are searching for a Project Manager with proven experience and knowledge in the Heavy Civil industry. We’re looking for a competent team member with an understanding of civil construction scopes that will allow them to be a valuable contributor with cohesive project coordination and management. We specialize in residential subdivision development with a growing emphasis on commercial site developments and municipal projects. Our clientele has varied needs that we strive to meet, and we would like to welcome you with your strong drive and professional abilities in our quest for continued success on our team.
Salary: Depending upon experience

Schedule: Full time
Benefits available after 60 days
Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • You have some experience in the Heavy Civil field
  • Ability to run projects at profitability levels to meet or exceed expected margins
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, inspectors, etc., providing customer service to develop long-term partnerships with client base
  • Extremely high level of integrity and very strong ethical behaviors.
  • Excellent organizational skills

Handling multiple projects in multiple disciplines and tasks related to each project

  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills both with superintendents and customers
  • Proven track record of leadership
  • A strong attention to detail specifically relating to project budgets, schedules and specifications
