Description
Our client is hiring Plumbing Service / Install Technicians to join their Residential Services team. In this field-based role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve residential plumbing emergencies
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures
- Perform routine inspections of residential plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures
- Maintain accurate records of labor time, materials used, and work performed
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily job documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service from project start to completion
- Adhere to company safety standards and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and jobsite
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
Qualifications
- 2+ years of plumbing experience required
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
