As the Residential PLM Service Technician, you will install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits. This role will report out the Danbury, CT area. 

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems
  • Provide world-class customer service daily
  • Complete paperwork efficiently
  • Maintain clean work areas
  • Work with team members and supervisors professionally
  • Arrive on time and follow company policies
  • Attend meetings and follow safety standards

Qualifications

  • Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
  • Prior residential service experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-call and weekends
